Above and Beyond!!! Nathan, a mobile mechanic was on a call and noticed our predicament and potential safety issue as we had a dead car in the center lane of Valencia, at night. Unsolicited, Nathan stopped and helped us off the road, then stuck around to troubleshoot the issue; Loose screw connection. He stay by until we left. Amazing ethic, heart and knowledge. Thank you Nathan!!

I had a nightmare experience with another roadside service company (NOT DUGGER'S). Insurance finally sent someone from Duggar's and I was so happy with them. Their communication was excellent. They kept me informed at every step of the way. The technician that arrived was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. 100/10 would recommend them!

Scott came to tow my car after I found out I had a flat tire. I didn’t notice I actually had two flat tires because he checked! He arrived fast and before the ETA. He got me a ride to the nearest Discount Tire. He was very nice and friendly the whole time! I felt like this experience was no big of a deal because of how positive he was. A+++ service
