Three women returning from a lunch, and the car wouldn't start! Called Lincoln Emergency Road Service, and within minutes, received a text saying that a service was on the way. Although it took a little longer, Josh appeared. He opened the hood, checked and found that my battery was extremely low. He connected his equipment, told me to start the car, and the problem was solved! He was very polite, friendly and carefully explained how I should drive home. Josh made me feel calm and confident about getting home safely without further incident. Best roadside assistance with a great young man.

Really nice guy and got spare on to replace flat in minutes. Very concerned he met all the needs to get me going and gave me sound advice in driving with undersize spare. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

Good price and great timing. For some reason ever since I owned a car I have always had a a habit of locking my keys in it. Way more times than I would like to admit. But Dugger's is the only company that I have ever used in the Albuquerque area that shows up exactly when they say they will. Quick at getting my vehicle open, and the employees are always nice, and if for whatever reason you might not have roadside assistance with your insurance, the price they charge is not bad at all. As I have had to call them to unlock my daughter's car, which was also my fault her keys were locked in her car. Thanks Duggers.

I just got done receiving excellent service from Jerry! The guy showed up sooner than was estimated, took care of everything super fast and damaged free and he was a super nice and polite dude!

Scott is the best! I learned that my electronic trunk is very very secure and thanks to Scott we are able to get my keys out of it! Great customer service so glad that he was able to go above and beyond.

My roadside assistance with Dugger's service was great. With the rain and my understanding that many car owner were facing the same circumstances, the overall service was still great. The wait time was not a bother and the fact the towing took less than 20 minutes to get going, was proof how great their team is!
