Woke up at my hotel and my truck wouldn't start. I called these people for a jump. Honestly it took longer to call and give information then the service took. Gilbert called within minutes of hanging up with dispatch. He arrived within 10 minutes. My truck was running in less then 1 hour from calling them. I highly recommend this company!

I had a flat tire this morning and it was really stressful for me. Scott from Duggers was so incredible! I put in the request and I was notified about a minute later. Scott called me two minutes before arriving. He came out and was very polite. He got his tools and fixed my tire in about 5 minutes. I was so impressed! Thank You Scott for great service and for making my day a little less stressful!

Three women returning from a lunch, and the car wouldn't start! Called Lincoln Emergency Road Service, and within minutes, received a text saying that a service was on the way. Although it took a little longer, Josh appeared. He opened the hood, checked and found that my battery was extremely low. He connected his equipment, told me to start the car, and the problem was solved! He was very polite, friendly and carefully explained how I should drive home. Josh made me feel calm and confident about getting home safely without further incident. Best roadside assistance with a great young man.

Fair dealing ownership and management! Don't let a few "bad apples" ruin it for you: Dugger's is the way to go! My nephew drives for uber and his dealings with Dugger's Road Service are remarkable! Thank you, Mr. Dugger, for properly taking care of my nephew! Hat's off, sir! -Emma

I requested roadside assistance through State Farm. You guys showed up quick and the guy was nice, helpful and fast. Can’t really ask for more. I wish I could remember his name and praise him individually but thank you!

My name is Frances , just got into town and locked my keys in my truck. Set up was easy and what fast , courteous service. Scott was wonderful , great attitude and got me going in no time. Thanks duggers, you were great, seriously!!
