We want to thank Gerrod for helping us with our Nissan. Our car was not starting even with a new battery installed. He did some trouble shooting and he had our car running!! Great customer service.

Scott gave the best customer service. He was nice and we spent less than 10 minutes with him. This is the fastest service I've ever received! 10/10 would recommend.

Ok, so this is this first time I’ve ever had to use my roadside from Subaru - my battery died in the driveway and I called for a jump. Within 30 minutes, the NICEST guy showed up - Scott! He popped the hood and connected my car to a charger and had me all hooked up. Big smile, great laugh and told me what I could do to make sure I was taken care of through the winter. Thanks Scott and Dugger’s! Now I know who to call anytime I need help!

My daughter had a flat tire and Dugger's was used by my insurance co. as the roadside service. Within minutes I got a call from them saying they were on the way, they arrived 15 minutes later to her location and had her on the road with her spare 10 minutes later. Friendly tech and FANTASTIC service - definitely top of my list for future needs!

I requested roadside assistance through State Farm. You guys showed up quick and the guy was nice, helpful and fast. Can’t really ask for more. I wish I could remember his name and praise him individually but thank you!
