Really good experience with Dugger's. They arrived within the window of time I was given, and the guy who showed up was friendly. While the car was being pulled onto the tow truck there was a minor mishap and a little bit of the paint on the bottom edge of the front bumper got scraped. Jason at Dugger's was really helpful. He immediately arranged for me to go have the paint touched up and he didn't involve me with the payment process in any way. He just jumped right in and did everything he could to make things as easy for me as possible. Good people. Very honest, trustworthy business.

Wasn’t there for the actual towing (was in an accident) so I can’t comment on that, but when I went to get my personal belongings from my car they made it easy and DJ was really awesome and super friendly. Even in a really emotional state he made it a bit easier
