Great experience with this company. Brandon was quick and professional with his work and got the job done. Couldn't ask for better service. This man needs a raise!! Seriously the best tow truck operater I've ever dealt with. I'll definitely use this company again if ever needed!

My roadside assistant was Chris. He was AMAZING!!!!! I was expecting a grumpy dude and what I got was an incredibly wonderful and helpful person. He was polite and very timely!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!!

Above and Beyond!!! Nathan, a mobile mechanic was on a call and noticed our predicament and potential safety issue as we had a dead car in the center lane of Valencia, at night. Unsolicited, Nathan stopped and helped us off the road, then stuck around to troubleshoot the issue; Loose screw connection. He stay by until we left. Amazing ethic, heart and knowledge. Thank you Nathan!!

Good price and great timing. For some reason ever since I owned a car I have always had a a habit of locking my keys in it. Way more times than I would like to admit. But Dugger's is the only company that I have ever used in the Albuquerque area that shows up exactly when they say they will. Quick at getting my vehicle open, and the employees are always nice, and if for whatever reason you might not have roadside assistance with your insurance, the price they charge is not bad at all. As I have had to call them to unlock my daughter's car, which was also my fault her keys were locked in her car. Thanks Duggers.

These guys were provided to me via State Farm. Nice kid named Estefan arrived. Was there in less than 10 minutes from request. Knowledgeable young man. Very polite and professional.
