Three women returning from a lunch, and the car wouldn't start! Called Lincoln Emergency Road Service, and within minutes, received a text saying that a service was on the way. Although it took a little longer, Josh appeared. He opened the hood, checked and found that my battery was extremely low. He connected his equipment, told me to start the car, and the problem was solved! He was very polite, friendly and carefully explained how I should drive home. Josh made me feel calm and confident about getting home safely without further incident. Best roadside assistance with a great young man.

These guys were so helpful. I was assigned them via USAA roadside assistance and they showed up promptly. They knew what they were doing and got the job done right and quickly. Also, I’d like to give a shout-out to Mike the truck driver. He was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me make the best of a bad situation. Thanks, Mike!

All i can say is this company is super awesome. I locked my keys in the car and called my progressive insurance road side service and was for sure I was going to have to wait hours before getting assistance. However, it only took Duggers road service 15 minutes to get to my location and even less than that to unlock my car door. I just want to also send a shout out to Scott for his assistance.

Really good experience with Dugger's. They arrived within the window of time I was given, and the guy who showed up was friendly. While the car was being pulled onto the tow truck there was a minor mishap and a little bit of the paint on the bottom edge of the front bumper got scraped. Jason at Dugger's was really helpful. He immediately arranged for me to go have the paint touched up and he didn't involve me with the payment process in any way. He just jumped right in and did everything he could to make things as easy for me as possible. Good people. Very honest, trustworthy business.

I would have wrote this review sooner but I’m also in the middle of moving. Recently we had to get our vehicle towed to the shop for some work and a gentleman named Brandon came out to tow our vehicle. Fast, professional, polite, kept the mood up while doing what he needed to get done. The best interaction I’ve had with any company and it shows. Would give a higher rating if I could!

Scott from Dugger's in Albuquerque is AWESOME! He showed up to tow my vehicle. He was able to get my vehicle running so it did not have to be towed. Thank you Scott for your professional service and quick response. If Dugger's is promoting...put Scott on your list!
