Really good experience with Dugger's. They arrived within the window of time I was given, and the guy who showed up was friendly. While the car was being pulled onto the tow truck there was a minor mishap and a little bit of the paint on the bottom edge of the front bumper got scraped. Jason at Dugger's was really helpful. He immediately arranged for me to go have the paint touched up and he didn't involve me with the payment process in any way. He just jumped right in and did everything he could to make things as easy for me as possible. Good people. Very honest, trustworthy business.

I called Duggar’s to change my flat tire due to having incorrect lug wrench. Scott arrived within 15 minutes of me placing the request and had me on the road five minutes later. Awesome response time and even better customer service. Thanks Scott!

Nothing but kind and generous professional roadside assistance. Gustavo arrived in a timely matter and called me when he was 5 minutes out. Best roadside assistance service experience so far. 5 stars all the way. Mad props to the professional name Omar, got here quicker than heck and was nothing but kind and professional never will I use a different roadside assistance service if you need any roadside assistance be sure to call duggars the most efficient are professional roadside assistance I've ever had in both experiences

The wait was a little long about 2 hours but we were in no hurry and the wait was well worth it because the service was awesome! Definitely recommend this towing service

Scott is the best! I learned that my electronic trunk is very very secure and thanks to Scott we are able to get my keys out of it! Great customer service so glad that he was able to go above and beyond.

Good price and great timing. For some reason ever since I owned a car I have always had a a habit of locking my keys in it. Way more times than I would like to admit. But Dugger's is the only company that I have ever used in the Albuquerque area that shows up exactly when they say they will. Quick at getting my vehicle open, and the employees are always nice, and if for whatever reason you might not have roadside assistance with your insurance, the price they charge is not bad at all. As I have had to call them to unlock my daughter's car, which was also my fault her keys were locked in her car. Thanks Duggers.
